The great thing about advertising is your banner goes on all 100+ pages of my website (in the border to the left of every page).
RE:  BANNERS

(1)  @ Bottom
Size is up to you.
(2)  @ Side (Left or Right)
Cannot be more than 150 pixels wide.  Up-down length is up to you.
(3)  @ Top
Cannot be more than 150 pixels tall or 800 pixels wide.  (The top option is not something that I would like to do, but everybody has their price.  Mine is $100/month (USD).

RE:  PRICES

The sizes really depend upon how much you are willing to pay.  My price:  ...is CHEAP compared to other websites!

If p = pixel, then my price is:  1¢ / 10 p² / month.

For example if your banner is 10 pixels x 10 pixels, then that equals 100 p².

100 p² would be 10¢  or  $0.10 (US dollar) per month.

Example:  A banner that is 50 pixels by 800 pixels would be 40,000 p².  That would cost 4000¢ ($40) / month.

RE:  TEXT LINKS
-  There is a flat rate for text links of $1 USD/month/page.
              (You may choose to put it anywhere on the page, except at the top; and not in the side bars).
-  No text links allowed at the top.
-  $10/month to go in 1 side bar (which goes on every page of my 200+ pages).
-  $5/month to go at the bottom (which goes on every page of my 200+ pages).
