What is a ditloid?
A ditloid is a phrase shortened into just the first letter of each
word. Generally there are numbers at the beginning.
The object of a ditloid is to figure out what the letters stand for.
Example: 360 DIAC
Answer: 360 Degrees In A Circle
What is a dingbat?
A dingbat is a combination of pictures and/or words and/or parts of
words, which translate to a phrase.
Example:
Answer: Hot Potato
